Kate Sheerin

Kate is our Head of Finance, having joined us in 2019.

Kate came to Paul Hamlyn Foundation in 2019 from the National Gallery, where she had been Financial Controller. 

She studied Music & Maths at the University of Birmingham and also holds an MA in Arts & Heritage Management from the University of Sheffield. 

Following university she began a career in the arts sector and went on to train in accountancy, qualifying as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2011. Kate retains an interest in music, playing the flute regularly with a number of amateur ensembles.
