This grant constitutes Paul Hamlyn Foundation’s contribution to the DEC’s Coronavirus Appeal for emergency response in India.

They undertake substantive legal casework for people who are facing deportation and use this to provide an evidence base for their policy work in their campaign for the abolition of immigration detention. This grant supports BID to invest in secure technology, hardware and training to allow them to bring back volunteers who are integral to the organisation’s advice provision.
